"Das Schloss"

The "Schloss" is actually more a ruin than a castle. Build up from several different styles throughout the centenaries, it was destroyed twice in 1689 and 1693. It was abandoned for good after a lightning in 1764 and served as qarry to the local population until the early 19th century.

Today, it is known as one of the most romantic places throughout Germany. If there aren't gazillions of japanese and american tourists around, that is.
